Are there any damages or signs of wear?

Yes, since our items are pre-loved, some may show signs of wear such as scuffs, fading, or minor scratches. We always describe these details clearly in the product description.

How do I know the condition of the item?

Each item is graded using our condition rating system and thoroughly inspected. You'll find a detailed description of the condition on the product page. Feel free to request more pictures or details.

Why is there only one piece in stock per item?

All our items are unique vintage pieces. That means we only have one of each available. Once it’s sold, it’s gone.

Do the pictures belong to the actual item I will receive?

Absolutely. All product photos are of the actual item you will receive, so you can shop with confidence.

What do I need to know before I buy a vintage item?

Vintage items often show signs of previous use. Please review the condition description and photos carefully. We only select pieces that are still beautiful and wearable.

Do items come with a dustbag

If the original dustbag is not available, we will include a complimentary Vinchive dustbag with your order.

Authenticity

Are all items authentic?

Yes, 100%. Every item we sell is carefully sourced from trusted partners and verified for authenticity by our in-house team and professional experts. We only offer genuine designer pieces.

Does the item come with the original packaging and documents?

Not always. As our pieces are pre-loved, original packaging and documents may not be available. If included, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Do items come with a certificate of authenticity?

While most items do not come with the original brand certificate, we stand behind the authenticity of every item. If an original authenticity card or certificate is included, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Orders & Shipping

What is the delivery time?

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking code once your package is shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the Netherlands, but we’re working on expanding our shipping options worldwide soon.

Are there any shipping costs?

A standard shipping fee applies to all orders within the Netherlands. We always ship the items registered and with full insurance. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Can I combine multiple orders in one shipment?

Yes, if you place multiple orders close together, we’ll do our best to combine them. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

What happens if my order is lost during shipping?

We're truly sorry this occurred. If your parcel goes missing while in the hands of our delivery partner, we'll immediately open a formal investigation. This process usually takes up to 10 business days, though some cases may require more time. Once the courier officially confirms the package is lost, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please note that refunds will only be processed once the investigation has been completed.

Why is there an hangtag

Each item comes with our branded hangtag as a mark of authenticity and quality control. It must remain attached for any return to be accepted, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.
