Shipping & Delivery
We aim to make your Vinchive order experience smooth and secure. All packages are sent with tracking, insurance, and registration. Once packed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery from door to door.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during business hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. After processing, your package will be handed over to our shipping partner, and we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Made a typo? Let us know immediately at support@vinchiveluxury.com. If the order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.
