Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at: Support@vinchiveluxury.com. Be sure to include your full name, email address, and order number.
Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be fully insured and trackable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items specially sourced upon request
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your order included a discount, only the amount paid after the discount will be refunded.
